1. Tap on 'Settings' on your device and then select 'Network & Internet', followed by 'Internet'.
2. Tap the Wi-Fi network that you wish to join. Networks that require a password will have a lock icon.
3. Enter the Wi-Fi password if required, then tap on "Connect".
4. After connecting, the network will be saved. The Wi-Fi will connect to this network automatically when your device is near and turned on.
5. You can also connect to a Wi-Fi network from the quick settings panel. Swipe down from the top of the screen, tap "Internet," and select the desired network.
6. You can use this feature if your router supports it: WPS (Wi-Fi Protected Setup) will allow you to connect to a wireless network without a password. Head over to the Wi-Fi settings, click on WPS settings, and press the WPS button on your router within 2 minutes.
7. Apps like Wi-Fi Master help look for other users who share their open Wi-Fi hotspots so you can connect, although the security and privacy of these connections aren't guaranteed.
Always make sure to connect to networks you trust; avoid opening websites and accessing sensitive information through public Wi-Fi. If the connection experiences any difficulty, you can forget the network and reconnect or reset the internet connection from settings.
